Sandra’s Story

Her Promise Circle Foundation considers the whole woman and makes even tending to her social health free and accessible.

Too Many Women are waiting until a diagnosis to start taking care of themselves.

And, often it’s not their fault.

Three women and a young girl at an outdoor event, with one woman holding a smartphone, a young girl with colorful hair accessories, and a man with a box, in front of a table with pictures and a cardboard box, at a location decorated with colorful balloons and a backdrop of trees and amusement rides.

Nearly 40% of Georgia ER visits may be avoidable—yet everyday support for healthy habits, and self-management is often hardest to access before health becomes urgent.

Georgia All-Payer Claims Database, Avoidable Emergency Department Costs, 2024.

People want to listen to their doctors and do what’s needed to live healthier lives.

Lack of Access, Cost, and awareness can make that harder—especially for those experiencing disparities, caregiver burdens, and daily responsibilities.

Too often, the desire or ability to participate in Preventive care comes after a diagnosis, hospitalization, or crisis.

Her Promise Circle Steps in to identify the barrier and provide the prevention support for the people who need it most.
