Our Hybrid Physical Fitness + Regulation Program is designed for the whole woman. This program focuses on the promotion of her Physical wellness, awareness, and education, and preventing chronic health issues, burnout, and crisis.

Empowering Women To Be Physically Well

  • HPC Fit is a core part of our whole-women’s wellness programming, specifically contributing to :

    • Promoting Physical Movement and Fitness Activity

    • Increasing Awareness and Motivation for Physical Health for Women

    • Built-In Accountability From Our Active Community to Maintain Consistency in Physical Wellness

  • HPC Fit is Lead by Kiandra Delarosa, of Key2Results.

    In-person events include 45 minute workout, and 20 min cool down

    Michal Renee’ - Health and Well-Being Coach

  • HPC Fit is offered Quarterly in Person as well as virtually Bi-Monthly.

    Women Can Attend via External or Self-Referral to Participate.

  • Maternal Wellness & Recovery Program is a community-based initiative designed to support underserved mothers’ mental, physical, and emotional health through motherhood, before, during & postpartum recovery through education, movement, & stress regulation.

    The program addresses critical gaps in maternal care by providing accessible preventative wellness services when mothers are often most vulnerable & least supported.

    We focus on early intervention, stress reduction, physical recovery education, & community connection, helping mothers maintain health & stability before challenges escalate into long-term medical or mental health issues.
